Johannah Masters is a wife, mother and veteran fashion editor who worked in the New York publishing industry for almost 2 decades. From 6 years old, Johannah knew she wanted to work in the fashion industry and at 18 years old, she moved from rural East Texas to New York City where she studied Advertising and Marketing Communications at the Fashion Institute of Technology.

She started out as a fashion assistant at Gotham magazine and moved her way up the ladder at multiple publications to eventually become Market Editor of the New York Post & Alexa, where she worked for many years. She covered all clothing and accessories markets, as well as covered New York and international fashion weeks and styled celebrities for editorial cover shoots.

In each of her positions her passion for jewelry always shone through and ranges from personal every day to whimsical trinkets. She has now taken that passion a step further, creating an eponymous jewelry brand of her own.

The collection not only stems from her love of jewelry, but also her love of throwback pop culture and anything embracing summer vibes. After finding her original childhood 80’s Bell Charm necklace, an idea was born. But it wasn’t until COVID lockdown, while combing through jewelry posts on Instagram to lift her spirits, did inspiration fully take hold. She decided to create playful, vibrant versions so others could tap into their nostalgia for the good times, as well.
