Shipping & Returns
We are a small team, so please allow for at least 48 hours for your order to be processed.
We currently only offer domestic shipping (US) and cannot ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
All unused full-priced merchandise can be returned for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned to us in original condition in order to receive credit.
Refunds will be credited back to original form of payment.
Returns will be accepted only on unworn, undamaged, full-price items, within 14 days of purchase from JohannahMastersCollection.com
Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Return shipping fees are buyers’ responsibility
Johannah Masters Collection is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
